In May, FOCUS Greater Syracuse, Inc. hosted a free, virtual forum to educate the community about their housing rights.
FOCUS Greater Syracuse, along with the NYS Division of Human Rights, Onondaga County/Syracuse Human Rights Commission, CNY Fair Housing, and Legal Services of Central New York joined the community for a conversation about fair housing protections under state law. The forum highlighted what fair housing is, what your housing rights are, provide insight on housing discrimination, and resources available to the community.
