FOCUS Forums
FOCUS Greater Syracuse, Inc. hosts monthly forums that are free to attend and aim to gather a group of experts to discuss a specific topic, project, or initiative that is significant to the CNY community. During these forums, attendees have the opportunity to pose questions to the panel and engage in constructive conversations with fellow engaged community members.
Livable Community Alliance
FOCUS Greater Syracuse is working under contract with the Onondaga County Office of Aging Services and the Onondaga County Health Department to facilitate the Livable Community Alliance of Onondaga County. The Alliance is dedicated to engaging the public in creating systemic change to our policies and planning to shape a healthier community.
CNY-CAN for Health
CNY-CAN brings together patients and caregivers with researchers and health professionals to advance patient-centered outcomes research and help older adults live well and longer at home. The Community Health Information Connection is our current focus.
