Designing a Community Grid for All

On Friday, July 29th at noon, FOCUS Greater Syracuse hosted a free, virtual FOCUS Forum on the upcoming “City Urban Design Vision” that will complement the New York State DOT “community grid project” through the City of Syracuse.
The forum looked at how a design vision plan from the community can influence future city developments in downtown and residential neighborhoods. The forum introduced the Dover Kohl & Partners Town Planning team responsible for the redesign, and shared the schedule and goals for the Community Charrette scheduled for late August.
